Today I was reading an article in the newspaper,which talked about "fratricide"(brother killing brother).I got struck up with one line that it stated "if your own flesh and blood cannot be depended upon,who else would you trust?"
Now this "flesh and blood" idea,here and at many other places wherever I have read,doesn't jell with me.The reason behind it is why people give so much importance to their "bloody" people and not to the basic and ought most feeling of "love"?With this I mean to say that why not we say that relationships originated out of fervor have more importance than relationships originated out of gore because if we have fervor,then any thing can be won over through that but in the so called "blood relations" if there is no affection then such incidents-fratricide(brother killing),sororicide(sister killing),filicide(child killing),patricide(father killing)-will keep taking place.

I have a numerous examples to talk about,to put right my point of view,however,I will state 2-3 of them.
People say that the bond between mother & child is special because mother raises the womb with her sanguine fluid and the child is her "flesh and blood child".But I certainly beg to differ.Yes,at the initial stage,when the child is born,there is this feeling but with the passage of time its the LOVE in this relation that wins over all other reasons of the existance of this relationship.The adopted children in this aspect are the most crucial evidence.According to my belief, the children who are adopted enjoy the same affection from their existing parents which they would have received from their biological parents.Any if,by any chance,this is not the case then there is surely a deficiency of emotions rather than the red body fluid.
If we talk about a family,the relation between husband-wife,father-son,father-daughter,mother-children remains intact with the sprinkle of affection and emotions between them.But if that feeling of affection among them drifts,everything else drifts whether one member is adopted or all are biological,it doesn't matter then.
In fact,love stories are the most common example of it.
So start loving and forget blood because relationships talk when love talks and not when blood talks!
